The New Moon Illustrated Companion just came out today!
For those you hate knowing what happens... I suggest you NOT READ THE FOLLOWING. Just a heads up. If you do and after wish you hadn't, well that's not on me... Just for the record.
Here's some spoliers:
* In all the "vision" sequences Edward is wearing the same outfit he does when he said goodbye to Bella because that is the last memory she holds of him.
* How did they deal with showing the passage of months during Bella's depression? In the book, the month pages do it. (October, November, December, January) In the flick, Bella just sits in a chair in her bedroom and a camera circles around her while the seasons change outside.
* Instead of Bella running to her truck and driving home after seeing the wolves in the meadow, she runs out of the woods and tells Charlie immediately that she saw them.
* It's not quite a part of the original book, but there's a special Dreamcatcher
that Jacob gives Bella. And it stirs up trouble.
FUN FACTS:
* They scouted many locations for the Cullen house, but found one that "was comparable enough with the house in Portland."
* They used the Blue Ray DVD of Twilight to help them with the age, color, texture and features of Bella's house and room.
* While filming the breakup scene in the forest Rob and Kristen were being swarmed by mosquitos.

The National Post has an interview with Matt Bellamy from Muse.
You can read the entire interview here.
Here is an excerpt from the interview where he talks about Twilight:
Q: You have a song on the new Twilight film. Are you a fan?
A:
Well, I liked The Lost Boys in the ’80s. I remember that one had
a pretty good soundtrack as well. This sort of film struck me as this
generations version of The Lost Boys. It was actually Stephenie Meyer
who approached the band quite a few years before the film was name,
just as she was becoming known. She came to a concert in Phoenix, in
Arizona – I think that’s where she lived, or she lived
nearby. She was very friendly, and she told us that she liked the music
and that she’d like to use the music in the films. It was a few
years later that the filmmakers came to us, and we said sure. I had no
idea [the first film] was going to be a film as it was, I thought is
was going to be an indie film.

New Moon is in the November issue of Empire Magazine which is available on newsstands now. There are two posters included in the issue, one of Edward and one of Bella, plus interviews with Chris Weitz and Taylor Lautner.

Here is a little excerpt from the issue from on article at empireonline.com:
“You’ve got the werewolves coming in,” said Weitz, “and the effects are going to be great on that part of the movie. Also, there’s more fighting and that should appeal to the boys. There is also a male character, Jacob, who is inherently a more viable character for most boys because he’s like an ordinary guy. He works on cars, whereas Edward is a perfect man, and maybe he only appeals to perfect men. That makes the demographic rather small! So there’s more of a way into this one – we do hope to up the male demographic!”
Lautner, who’s put on a huge amount of muscle to bulk up for the role, said of his role, “In Twlight, Jacob is this happy-go-lucky kid, but in New Moon when he shapeshifts into his wolf self, he becomes a totally different person. It was almost a split personality in the same movie and sometimes even in the same day.”

Pitchfork has an interview with St. Vincent. She and Bon Iver sing Rosyln on the New Moon Soundtrack.
Read the entire interview here.
Here is an excerpt from the interview:
Pitchfork: You’re on the New Moon soundtrack with Bon Iver, doing a song called “Rosyln”. How did that happen?
Annie Clark: Justin [Vernon] and I met at Bonnaroo, and it turns out we were both fans of each other. Afterward, we got to talking about doing some kind of collaboration. He had this song that he’d been kicking around, and he sent it to me. It was beautiful, as you can imagine. I ended up working on it with him, and then it turned out that the Twilight people were interested in the song being on their soundtrack.

Robert Pattinson is on the cover of issue 9 of AnOther Man Magazine out on October 1 in the UK.
Dazed Digital has some pictures and an excerpt from the interview.
Here is the excerpt:
Was Pattinson aware of the loyalty of fans of the Twilight books? It looks like the sort of obsessive fandom that can turn into anger and even hatred when an adaptation isn’t to their liking. Did he know what he was letting himself in for? “It’s strange because even though the figures show that the books were successful and sold millions of copies, you couldn’t even buy them in London. I tried a couple of bookshops and they weren’t available. Hardly anyone I knew had read them apart from one girl, a friend of my sister. I had no idea at all. I’d seen Kristen Stewart in Into the Wild and some of the director Catherine Hardwicke’s other films, and that’s all I thought it was, something really small.”
His manner is very laid back. He doesn’t sound thrusting or ambitious, more like he’s just going with the flow and enjoying things. Is he going to harness his newfound fame and box-office appeal to approach the kind of filmmakers he wants to work with in the future? He’s not so sure. “Annoyingly, there are so few parts I feel I can add anything to, or that I want to do.” But he knows what he doesn’t need. “I don’t want to be an actor for the sake of it. I don’t find any particular pleasure in being an attention-seeker.”
